A two-minute pause for your nervous system
Do Nothing for 2 Minutes is a simple mindfulness timer for the moments when your mind feels crowded. No account, no app, no feed, no instructions to optimize yourself. Just ocean waves, a quiet timer, and two minutes where nothing needs to happen.
Use it between meetings, before starting focused work, after scrolling too long, or whenever you notice your body asking for a reset. The practice is intentionally small: sit still, breathe naturally, and let your hands leave the keyboard and mouse alone.
If you move, the timer starts again. Not as punishment, but as a gentle reminder that rest works best when it is actually uninterrupted.
Two minutes will not solve everything. But it can create a little space before the next thing.
